This building was a two story office section to the front, with a steel frame warehouse to the rear. The two story office to the front was demolished and rebuilt with a modern look. The rear section was retained and the interior readapted to suit the clients new requirements.

We have worked with our client to come up with a good looking energy efficient lighting design to come in on budget. We have installed the lighting, power and data outlets to the modern office sections, board rooms, reception areas and toilets over the two floors, and to the new trade counter.

The layout of the warehouse areas have been changed to suit new operational requirements, and so new lighting, power and data has been installed as required.

We have installed a complete new fire alarm system within the building to all the various areas.

Our client has worked hard and produced great new premises to run the business from. A smart modern building with energy efficient lighting, emergency lighting and flexibility with regard to power.
